despidas as fantasias
descidos dos pedestais
pierrôs e colombinas

alas das baianas
mestre escola
porta bandeira

silêncio nos trios-elétricos
desfeitas as alegorias
restos de folias

nas passarelas
vestígios da festa
confetes e serpentinas

um povo um exército
homens e mulheres
retomando seus postos

na lida dos dias
anônimos heróis
fazem a roda girar

até a próxima convocação
para a alegria
chamada geral

sonhos e euforias
ajudando a viver
a rotina labuta de cada dia...
