Bolo de Ginguba

Ingredientes:

250 grs. de farinha de trigo;
02 chávenas de açúcar;
06 colheres (sopa) de margarina;
04 ovoso;
02 cops de leite;
04 colheres (café) de fermento;
O1 lata de leite condensado;
01 kg de ginguba torrada.

Preparo:

Bate-se o açúcar com a manteiga até ligar.
Depois juntam-se os ovos com as claras.
Seguidamente juntamos o leite a farinha e o fermento.
O preparado vai ao forno numa forma untada com margarina e polvilhada com farinha.
Deixamos cozer aproximadamente durante 40 minutos.
Depois do bolo cozido, deixamos esfriar e retiramos da forma.
Entretanto deitamos o leite condensado numa panela e vamos mexendo até a côr ficar acastanhada.
Seguidamente barramos o bolo com este creme.


Depois de termos triturado a ginguba, para ficar em pedaços pequenos, cobrimos o bolo com ela.
