A Secret Garden Sharing Its Love

I need a garden full of beauty
something else that will allow me to embrace all that I love
why cant I just stare into the face of understanding
I just seem to run along on my forgotten journey
I need to push through all that I fear
and see what's on the horizon
I just need to let this go
knowing that I will never be heard, keeps these words sacred like a hole in my heart
torn to pieces, hurting badly, and the hole is growing
why cant I change this and find a way to reach my dreams

I have taken too much giving up, and everything has fallen apart
but the hope that I hold is still remembered, as if faith is what keeps me moving
darkness follows but the light is peeking through
while my eyes see through the shadows
my heart begins to mend
through fallen angels I now descend
I see myself soaring through the waves
tears of joy are all that remain
the faith that I have kept have granted a return
where I am finally discovered
and I speak out what I believe in
twisted and then burning apart
I finally found a way to let this go
being blessed with the chance to finally be heard
all that I love is now ready for my softer landing
I can finally let these tears go
