A BRISA


Suave...vento de calmaria:
Brisa, que levanta as folhas
Da grande pradaria...

As folhas, lentamente são varridas,
Literalmente, pela suave brisa...

Os cabelos da moça faceira, que passa poR ali,
São jogados para trás,
Como um carinho, que a brisa lhe faz...

Suave... Brisa gostosa!
Acalma o calor do dia,
Aqui na varanda de cadeiras brancas de ferro e assento de couro vermelho, fico sentada
Refrescando-me pela brisa amiga...
Brisa bendita!

Balança o varal,
Levanta as roupas, aqui no quintal...
A brisa entra pela casa,
Refrescando as paredes quentes, da sala amarela,
Alivia por momentos a sensação, suavemente,
Do calor, que desde ontem, aqui se sente...
