Si usted dice que yo la amé,
como cuenta que lo hice…
tal vez me diga la verdad… pero
¡yo no la recuerdo ni como amistad!

He gozado de afectos y placeres
unos buenos… otros mejores,
son ocultos de mis noches
de mi cama y mi morada.

También traigo en la memoria,
gratos momentos de mi historia,
¡Algo malo me haría usted en la vida
 Pues a quien se ama, no se olvida!

¡Al amparo de la noche silenciosa
tuvimos nuestro amor a escondidas!
¡Fueron quince los años que vivimos…
con el fuego en la piel, luego ambos partimos!

¿Y lo cuenta usted… así como si tal cosa?
¿Cómo cualquier noche de aventura?

¿Qué idea perturbara hizo que volviera?...
por una quimera, un ensueño, un recordar.
¡Tal vez usted fue una mujer mala
quizás por eso, no merece recordarla!

El nombre de señora…
no se gana en cualquier cama,
se gana siendo dama
respetando a quién se ama.
