Tu fazes que andas mas não andas

E fazes andar quem comandas

Se de comando passares a comandado

Podes passar um mau bocado

 

 

Para fazeres andar um passo

Tens de fazer como eu faço

Para mandar é preciso saber fazer

Senão terás muito que aprender

 

 

Mandar nos outros tem sabedoria

Sem ser preciso muita gritaria

Se de manso mandares fazer

Todos te querem obedecer

 

 

Se de  diplomacia sempre usares

Terás orgulho em quem mandares

Todos com gosto te obedecerão

E fazes de ti um bom patrão
