O tempo não espera
O tempo não espera,
vai sempre adiante,
não quer saber
se estamos prontos
nem espera por nós.
Ele passa, impiedoso
e insensível, sem pedir
licença ou anunciar
a sua presença.
E nós só o notamos
quando já passou
e não podemos mais
trazê-lo de volta.
