SOBREVIVENTES

Ocorreu um fogo na floresta.
Não sabem quem foi que ateou.
- Coisas que acontecem - alguém falou.
Perdurou um só ramo de giesta.

A chama surgiu, branda, modesta,
bem mais tarde é que se inflamou.
O socorro tardiamente chegou
e a labareda foi mais lesta.

Houve dois mortos e um ferido
que, gazeado e combalido,
deixou cacos do coração no chão.

Os outros foram para o além
num enleio, presos a um bordão,
sabendo que além sobrevivem.
