JEITO DE MATO

J amais esquecerei esses olhos tristes
E les vêem o por do sol na campina
I nspiração neles com certeza existe
T razendo a chuva no rosto da menina
O canto triste do pássaro ali persiste

D os meninos lembramos as coisas boas
E sta linda cidade chamada Sete Lagoas

Mato vai ladeando as estradas de terra
As cores das flores enfeitam as margens
Tanta beleza que se encontra na serra
O papel é pouco para relatar as imagens
