Buscando a verdade e assim conseguir

A vitória usando a enxada e a caneta

Manter a boa tradição é o que importa

Há setenta anos meu pai ia à escola

Além de escrever ali cultivava a horta
 

Na hora do lazer não esquecia a bola

Era tempo em que se vivia sem pressa

Onde os vizinhos agiam como irmãos

Atritos resolvidos com uma boa conversa

Terminando com risos e apertos de mãos

Os meus antepassados vieram da roça

Trazendo consigo condutas admiráveis
 

Apesar de morarem numa simples palhoça

Foram exemplos de vidas notáveis.
