EL TIEMPO PASA

 

El tiempo pasa volando,

sobre los cascos de un pura sangre

raudo vuela sobre las aguas del mar;

mientras ola tras ola, de las orillas,

de las arenas de piedra y sal

se van esfumando recuerdos,

pisadas, cantos y promesas de amor,

Impelidas a la alta mar

por un viento implacable, enardecido,

al ver en lo alto de su pedestal,

sueños perdidos y lágrimas rotas

de las gaviotas que ya no están.
