MEMÓRIA CURTA

O café que chega à nossa mesa
Tem por trás muita história
História de luta e de tristeza
Que não guardamos na memória.

O trabalho árduo do lavrador
Recompensado com um mísero salário
Não é culpado o agricultor
Ele é explorado pelo intermediário.

Relembrando o provérbio chinês:
Ao beber água lembre-se da fonte!
Mas o Criador quando o homem fez
Não lhe deu memória de elefante.
