Como descascar ovos cozidos de forma perfeita

Quando os tirar da água a ferver, passe-os por água fria e dê pequenas pancadas em todo o ovo para rachar a casca. Numa das extremidades, tirar um pouco da casca e soprar uma ou duas vezes. Desta forma, a casca deverá sair bem sem danificar o ovo.
