BOLO PORTUGUÊS
Ingredientes:
1 Chávena de açúcar
2 Colheres (sopa) de manteiga
2 Chávenas de farinha
1 Chávena de leite
2 Ovos
2 Colherezinhas de fermento em pó
Preparação:
Bate-se o açúcar com a manteiga (derretida) até ficar em creme.
Junta-se o leite e os ovos inteiros.
Junta-se-lhe a farinha misturada com o fermento e bate-se tudo muito bem.
Leva-se ao forno cerca de 45 minutos.
