CHANTILLY VEGETARIANO
Ingredientes:
3 copos de água
6 colheres de sopa de maisena ou araruta
4 colheres de sopa de açúcar ou melado
1 colher de baunilha
1 pitada de sal
3 a 4 copos de leite de amêndoas ou castanha-do-pará concentrado
Preparação:
Leve ao lume a água, o açúcar, o sal e a maisena. Vá mexando até engrossar. Deixe arrefecer. Bata no liquidificador acrescentando aos poucos o leite.
