Tarte de maçã

Ingredientes:

4 maçãs grandes

1 chávena de farinha

1 chávena de açúcar

4 ovos

0,5 litro de leite

1 colher chá de fermento em pó

margarina q.b

 

Preparação:

Cortar as maçãs em quartos, descaroçar e descascar. Cortar em fatias. Dispor numa tarteira untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha.

Numa tigela juntar a farinha, o açucar e o fermento em pó e misturar. Adicionar os ovos e bater bem. Por fim juntar o leite e mexer bem.

Colocar este preparado sobre as maçãs, polvilhar com açucar e dispor alguns pedaços de margarina espalhados.

Levar a forno quente até aloirar.

 

Nota: Servir quente ou frio de acordo com o gosto de cada um.

Sugestão: Acompanhe com bola de gelado
