BATEIA

Eu sou o homem
de lábios amordaçados
pernas pés costurados
no fundo da gruta.

Sou o grande homem
lendo os pré-socráticos
debelando vinho
namorando a lua.

Sou o pequeno homem
operário
que morrerá em breve
sem a menor culpa

de haver sido o homem
que garimpava ouro
na mina de chumbo
da tipografia.
