PEIXE AO MOLHO

 

Filés de pescada temperados com sal e limão
2 Colheres  de sopa óleo 
2 unidades  de cebola grande fatiada 
3 unidades  de tomates cortados em rodelas finas
2 xícaras água fervente
2 xícaras de leite de côco

1/2 pimentão verde  1/2  pimentão vermelho
1 colher de sopa cheiro-verde picado 

modo de preparo:

1.Em uma panela média aqueça o óleo e doure a cebola.
2.Junte o peixe, os tomates, a água fervente, o leite de côco,os pimentões e cozinhe  tudo em fogo baixo, com a panela tampada, por 15 minutos aproximadamente.Coloque numa tigela e polvilhe o cheiro-verde picado.Acerte o sal  antes de cozinhar acrescentando dois cubos de caldo de peixe se não tiver pode ser de galinha.
