Aquele nome que é luz para mim

Sou como uma miragem perdida,
Estranha, vinda dum outro mundo.
Perdi tudo. Sou um vagabundo.
O amor não me deu ‘ma saída.

Louco ‘stive, de paixão sentida,
Marcado p’lo sentir mais profundo,
Carrego a cruz da minha vida.
Amei. E o amor foi fecundo,

Imenso. Agora nada vale!
Escrevi numa folha de papel…
Recordo agora o que lá ‘screvi:

Desenhei em todas as páginas,
Numas letras de antigas sinas,
Aquele nome que é luz para mim.
