LAVADEIRAS, FACEIRAS.

Mulheres, faceiras suas  trouxas desmanchando,

Suas roupas , lavando, sempre cantarolando,

Uma após das outras, num riacho vão lavando,

Suas roupas esfregando,Batendo nas pedras,

Estão em parcerias com elas,

Emchagoam, torcem, colocam umas sobres as outras,

E , lá foi-se a troxa! seus corpos , suados, cansados,molhados!

Estendem  elas e pôe a secar,depois de algum tempo, voltam a buscar,

Recolhem, dobram e prá casa vão descansar!

E noutro dia vão voltar, suas trouxas lavar!

E juntas vão estar e com certeza, cantarolar!

Naquele riacho noutros dias vão estar

E outras roupas á lavar.
