Entrei na roda-ciranda;
na roda-ciranda, cirandei,
acompanhei o som da banda,
ao som da banda me apaixonei.

No coração ninguém manda,
e quem tem um olho é rei;
entrei na roda-ciranda
na roda-ciranda, cirandei.

Mas a gente se engana,
na ciranda desafinei,
Da vermelha rosa cigana
nos espinhos me espetei
Entrei na roda ciranda...
