Sou meu hóspede noturno
em doses mínimas
e uso a noite
para despojar-me
da modéstia
e outras vaidades

procuro ser tratado
sem os prejuízos
das boas-vindas
e com as cortesias
do silêncio

não coleciono padeceres
nem os sarcasmos
que deixam marca

sou tão-só
meu hóspede
e trago uma pomba
que não é sinal de paz
mas sim pomba

como hóspede
estritamente meu
no quadro-negro da noite
traço uma linha
branca
