acima do amor que cultivamos
além dos sonhos que tivemos

vencer barreiras, transpor obstáculos
cruzar fronteiras, da ambição e egoísmos

ser humilde, para quando o momento chegar
ser simples, para entender sem julgar

Hei de...
correr ao teu encontro, pra sorrir contigo
lançar-te ao meu ombro, pra sorver teu pranto

Por ti,
entre o rumo que nos chega
para o futuro que se acerca

Havemos de...
escolher o caminho mais elevado
da dignidade humana, com humildade.

Havemos de...
abrir as correntes que nos separam
da bondade, com a solidariedade.

Havemos de...
alcançar passo a passo a trilha
que nos amadurecerá o amor na melhor idade.
