LICOR DE CEREJAS
Ingredientes:
1 kg de cerejas pretas
1 Litro de aguardente
Calda de açúcar q.b.
Preparação:
Deita-se as cerejas pretas, sem pés, na aguardente e deixa-se estar de infusão durante 30 dias.
Passado este tempo tiram-se as cerejas, côa-se a aguardente e, mistura-se com uma porção igual de calda de açúcar em ponto de espadana e engarrafa-se.
Quanto mais velho, melhor fica este licor.
