MUFETE DE SARDINHA
Ingredientes:
8 Dentes de alho
2 Cebola grande
Farinha de mandioca q.b.
Gindungo (piripiri) q.b.
Sal q.b.
8 Sardinhas
Preparação:
Lave o peixe muito bem, mas não retire as tripas, depois pise o alho com sal e gindungo (piripiri).
Despeje no peixe e regue com vinagre, deixe marinar durante alguns minutos.
Depois de bem temperado ponha no grelhador eléctrico.
Enquanto estiver no lume, pique a cebola numa tigela com gindungo (piripiri), ponha sal, azeite e vinagre e mexa tudo muito bem, acrescente um pouco de água.
Depois de pronto sirva num prato largo e borrife o peixe com o molho de cebola picada, polvilhe com a farinha de mandioca de lado e sirva quente.
