Abacate Recheado
Ingredientes:
* 2 abacates
* 1 limão
* 125 grs. de camarões cozidos
* 4 colheres de sopa de maionese
* 2 colheres de sopa de natas (ou de iogurte)
* 1 colher de sobremesa de ketchup
* sal
* pimenta-de-caiena ou piripiri
* salsa picada (fac.)
* 1 ovo cozido (fac.)
Confecção:
Lave os abacates e corte-os ao meio no sentido do comprimento.
Retire os caroços e regue a polpa com o sumo de limão.
Misture os camarões com a maionese, as natas, o ketchup e tempere.
Introduza este preparado nos meios abacates (nas cavidades deixadas pelos caroços).
Sirva fresco tal qual ou polvilhe com a salsa e o ovo cozido picados.
