Ingredientes:
* 1 kg de chocos limpos
* 4 dentes de alho
* 2 cebolas
* salsa
* pimenta preta moída
* 6 ovos
* pão ralado
* 1/2 copo de vinho moscatel
* 1 pimento vermelho
* 1 pimento verde
* 1/2 copo de caldo knorr de peixe
* açafrão
* sal
* azeite
Confecção:
Corte o choco e ponha-o juntamente com os alhos e uma pitada de pimenta na picadora eléctrica.
fazem-se bolas com o picado que se passam por ovo batido e pão ralado.
Fritam-se em azeite abundante para que fiquem douradas por fora, mas não totalmente passadas por dentro.
Para o molho, fritar os alhos, a cebola, os pimentos, o caldo de peixe, o açafrão, o sal e o vinho moscatel.
