And there's you and me
In front of the people
Who don't know how to
Believe in me,
Forgiving you.

In front of the people
Forgetting the truth,
Expecting the future,
Surpassing the youth.

In front of the people
That just don't live
To plainly forget
What else to forgive.

In front of the people
Swimming against the crowd,
Smiling vividly,
Laughing out loud.

In front of the people,
Knowing the truth
And living today,
Embracing our youth
Doing it our way.
