Depois de descobrir que ela é uma das últimas em uma extensa lista de espera, decide ir até ao México

em busca de uma solução alternativa, mas sua natureza ética é posta à prova

quando tem de escolher entre salvar centenas de crianças que estão sendo mortas para servirem como doadoras de órgãos

ou salvar a vida da própria filha.
