Em São Paulo houve confusão e confrontos
Os manifestantes tomam as ruas agitados
Eles espalham-se por diversos pontos
Enfrentando muitos policiais preparados

Autoridades logo acionam a cavalaria
Posicionada para evitar este distúrbio
Tropas de choque com vigor e energia
E a multidão fica encurralada no subúrbio

No comércio determinam toque de recolher
A briga e a confusão então só aumentam
Em um protesto político difícil de resolver
Triste episódio que as tragédias fomentam

Pessoas ordeiras têm seu trânsito privado
Enquanto desordeiros o caos promovem
Protestam contra um aumento decretado
Policiais com bombas a multidão dissolvem

Autoridades não querem ceder à pressão
Manifestantes insistem em seus protestos
Como cidadão, torço por uma breve solução.
Prevaleçam os direitos dos cidadãos honestos
