O SOL DE ARAPIRACA

Eu já senti na pele o calor de Arapiraca
Dos seus poetas ouvi muitos conselhos
No ano da copa marquei o gol de placa
Arapiraca merece um tapete vermelho

Arapiraca tem também o calor humano
Na fonte cultural eu matei a minha sede
Voltar a beber a sua água é o meu plano
Na casa do poeta Galdino deitar na rede

No Planetário eu fui declamar um poema
O seu auditório estava repleto de estrelas
Reunião de Assistentes Sociais era o tema
Cordialidade nestas mulheres pôde vê-las

Esta linda cidade nordestina canta e encanta
Com sol o alto astral deste povo só aumenta
Nossa Senhora do Bom Conselho é sua santa
Quem visitar Arapiraca a cultura experimenta
