Uma criança muito nos pode ensinar
Pequenos detalhes que ajudam a nossa vida
Quando acorda o que ela faz... espreguiçar
E num sorriso põe para fora a alegria contida

Com o tempo o ser humano desaprende
Esquece que deve conversar consigo mesmo
O corpo pergunta, mas a mente não entende.
As solicitudes nos fazem levar a vida a esmo
Soltar pipa para a criança é um grande evento
Ao reconhecer os limites e calcular a distância
Descobrindo as condições e a direção do vento
Elas agem com parcimônia e com constância.
Pés descalços no chão têm as suas benesses.
Bem como a regularidade da alimentação
Na tenra idade elas desconhecem o estresse
Para o bem estar ela volta a sua atenção
O sorriso descontraído e as brincadeiras
Para muitos não passam de falácias
Enquanto correm atrás das suas carreiras
Adultos engordam o lucro das farmácias.
