Domine o ímpeto de extravasar a sua fúria interior
Alugue um ringue, luvas de boxe e pratique o esporte.
Quebre pratos num quarto isolado até passar o rancor
Ou construa um ambiente acústico e grite bem forte

Não desconte a sua raiva atrás do volante de um carro
Arriscando a vida dos outros ao passar o farol vermelho
Nem estragando seu pulmão com cartelas de cigarro
Retire os conflitos e transporte a sua figura no espelho

Se fores abalroado no trânsito prefira sofrer o dolo
Oferece a outra face se pelo outro você for agredido
Tenha cautela e prudência e nunca responda ao tolo
Quem com espada ferem por esta também será ferido

Você pode achar inadequado propondo este critério
Diz que com você é olho por olho e dente por dente
Saiba que dos tais estão superlotados os cemitérios
A partir de hoje pense bem antes de agir e seja prudente
