Parasonia é o termo certo para o sintoma
Pesadelos, terror noturno e bruxismo
Comportamentos alterados é a soma

O sono perfeito é o desejo da maioria
Mas o estresse e a privação do sono
Fazem parte da vida agitada e do dia a dia
Esse comportamento gera transtorno.

O sonambulismo é mais comum nas crianças

Ambos os sintomas não deixam lembranças
A mídia já relatou episódios famosos

Luminosidade, barulho e atividades diversas.
Afetam a qualidade do sono e o descanso
Não relaxam e preferem palavras dispersas

Busquem ajuda médica caso o sintoma persista
O homem sadio de uma mente saudável é dono
