O moderno é uma mera ilusão
Privilegia a minoria dos viventes
Consumo exagerado em profusão
Esgotando os recursos existentes
A glória tem seu prazo de validade
Sucumbe aos fenômenos naturais
Interrompendo o momento de felicidade
Igualando-nos aos demais mortais
O conforto cobra-nos um alto preço
Muros, cercas elétricas e isolamento.
Escolhendo um nobre endereço
Tendo o Shopping como passatempo
Famosos desfilam entre câmeras indiscretas
Observando vitrines com as últimas novidades
Roupas de grife para consumidoras seletas
Sociedade capitalista formando celebridades
