BOLA DE BACALHAU
Ingredientes:
500g de farinha
100g de margarina derretida
15g de fermento de padeiro
2dl de leite morno
2 ovos
2 postas de bacalhau demolhado
2 cebolas
2 dentes de alho
1dl de azeite
1 ramo de salsa picada
Sal e farinha q.b.
Preparação:
Amasse a farinha com o sal e a margarina previamente derretida. Dilua o fermento no leite e deite sobre o preparado anterior. Volte amassar e junte os ovos, um a um, e molde uma bola. Tape com um pano e deixe levedar por 30 minutos.
Entretanto fui ligando o forno a 160ºC.
À parte, escalde o bacalhau e limpe de peles e espinhas. Corte as cebolas e os alhos em pedaços e refogue-os no azeite. Junte depois o bacalhau com a salsa picada.
Separe a massa em duas e estenda-a numa superfície polvilhada com farinha. Numa das metades da massa coloque o preparado de bacalhau e com a outra metade tape, dando-lhe uma forma circular. Pincele as pontas que uniu com água e leve a cozer por cerca de 35 minutos.
