PUDIM SURPRESA

Ingredientes:

7 Ovos
250 g de bolacha Maria
1 Pacote de natas
1 Lata de leite condensado
1 Lata e meia de leite normal

Preparação:

Misturar o leite condensado e o leite normal com as gemas e leve ao lume até engrossar, mexendo sempre.
Deite no fundo da taça, e em seguida coloque as bolachas embebidas em café quente e doce por cima desse creme.
Batem-se as claras em castelo juntamente com as natas e 7 colheres de chá de açúcar.
Para enfeitar, deite chocolate raspado por cima.

Importante - Levar ao frio antes de servir.
