LICOR DE MORANGO
Ingredientes:
Morangos
Aguardente
Açúcar amarelo
Preparação:
Lavam-se e seleccionam-se os morangos.
Põem-se de infusão em aguardente e açúcar amarelo, tudo em partes iguais.
Deixa-se repousar durante 15 a 20 dias até os morangos ficarem brancos.
Durante os primeiros dias em que os morangos estão a repousar na aguardente, deve-se ter o cuidado de mexer, para o açúcar diluir.
Retiram-se os morangos, coando o líquido com um pano branco, para as garrafas.
