CUP DE CHAMPANHE

Ingredientes:

60 gr de cada:

Ananás fresco
Uvas cortadas ao meio sem grainhas
Gomos de clementinas ou laranja

1 dl de brandy
1,25 dl de Grand Marnier
12 Cubos de gelo
1 Garrafa de champanhe gelado
3 dl de água mineral com gás bem gelada
6 Cerejas em calda

Preparação:

Deite os frutos já preparados num jarro de vidro grande.
Junte o brandy e o Grand Marnier e misture bem.
Tape e leve ao frigorífico durante 1 hora.

Na altura de servir, junte o gelo, o champanhe e a água mineral.

Junte as cerejas e sirva imediatamente.
