SOPA SERRANA

Ingredientes:

2 Folhas de couve portuguesa
1 Molho de nabiças
1,2 lt de água
200 g de presunto
Sal e pimenta
4 Colheres (sopa) de farinha de milho
0,5 dl de azeite

Preparação:

Lave muito bem as folhas de couve e as nabiças.
Reserve estas verduras.
Coloque a água numa panela e leve ao lume.
Assim que leventar fervura, junte o presunto e coza durante 35 minutos.
Retire e, na mesma água, coza a couve e as nabiças, por mais 15 minutos.
Corte o presunto aos pedaços, volte a juntar à sopa e tempere com sal e pimenta. Dissolva a farinha em 2 dl de água fria e envolva no caldo da sopa, mexendo até obter um preparado aveludado.
Rectifique os temperos e regue com o azeite.

Deite a sopa nos pratos e sirva de seguida, bastante quente.

Dica - Para a confecção desta sopa, pode utilizar um osso de presunto que depois de cozido, poderá desfiar a carne que tiver agarrada.
