MOUSSE DE MARACUJÁ

Ingredientes:

Para o Creme:

8 Maracujás grandes
1 Lata de leite condensado
2 Pacotes de 125 g de natas

Para a Decoração:

Paus de canela q.b.
Hortelã q.b.

Preparação:

Retire a polpa do maracujá e triture-a num liquidificador (ou com a varinha mágica) sem desfazer as sementes e de seguida coe.
Bata as natas na batedeira até endurecerem.
Misture fio a fio o sumo de maracujá.
Por fim deite na mistura, o leite condensado fio a fio.
Decore a mousse a gosto com paus de canela e a hortelã.

Leve-a ao congelador e deixe durante 1 hora e está pronta a servir.
