QUIABOS COM CAMARÃO

Ingredientes:

15 Quiabos
500 g de camarão
2 Dentes de alho
1 Cebola grande
Óleo de palma q.b.
2 Tomates
Sal q.b.

Preparação:

Faça um refogado com o tomate, a cebola, o alho e o óleo.
Corte os quiabos às rodelas finas, descasque os camarões, junte ao refogado e deixar cozer em lume baixo.
