Batido de pêssego e ameixa com maracujá e leite de coco

Ingredientes:

6 unidades.
4 pêssegos
4 ameixas amarelas
4 maracujás
4 dl de leite de coco
açúcar
água
gelo picado
canela em pó
paus de canela

preparação

Lave os pêssegos e as ameixas e corte-os em pedaços para dentro do copo da centrifugadora.

Abra os maracujás ao meio e junte a polpa aos restantes frutos. Adicione o leite de coco e triture tudo, prove e adicione açúcar e um pouco de água se achar necessário.

Distribua gelo picado por copos largos e por cima deite o batido. Sirva os batidos polvilhados com canela em pó e enfeite com paus de canela.
