Tarteletes de atum com palmitos e cebolinho

Ingredientes

12 unidades.
1 lata de atum
50 g de palmitos em conserva
100 g de maionese
cebolinho
molho de piripiri
12 tarteletes para rechear
3 a 4 tomates cereja

Preparação

Escorra muito bem o atum e desfaça-o com um garfo.
Escorra os palmitos e pique-os finamente, junte ao atum e envolva tudo com a maionese.

Lave 5 ou 6 hastes de cebolinho, pique finamente e junte ao creme anterior.

Deite 1 a 2 gotas de molho de piripiri em cada tartelete e recheie com o creme preparado.

Enfeite com hastes de cebolinho e meia rodela de tomate cereja.
