Abacate Recheado com Queijo e Camarão

Ingredientes:

* 2 abacates maduros mas rijos
* 1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão
* 1/4 de chávena de chá de queijo creme
* 3 colheres de sopa de maionese
* 1 colher de chá de pimenta-de-caiena
* 160 grs. de camarões cozidos e descascados
* 1 colher de sopa de salsa picada

Confecção:

Corte os abacates ao meio e retire-lhes o caroço.
Remova a polpa cuidadosamente, de forma a não estragar a casca e a manter-lhe o formato.
Misture-a com o sumo de limão, o queijo creme, a maionese e a pimenta.
Obtido um puré suave, misture-lhe os camarões e deite o preparado, à colher, nas cascas de abacate.
Polvilhe com salsa picada.
Sirva fresco decorado com rodelas de limão.
