Alcachofras com Cogumelos

Ingredientes:

* 1 kg de alcachofras
* 3 cebolas
* 2 colheres de sopa de molho de tomate
* 1/2 copo de vinho branco
* 100 grs. de cogumelos
* 1 fatia de presunto
* sal q.b.
* estragão um pouco

Confecção:

Depois de cortar as alcachofras em pedaços, pô-las a cozer cerca de 10 em água salgada (deitar as alcachofras quando a água está em ebulição).
Preparar o molho, alourar em margarina ou azeite as cebolas picadas.
Junte o vinho branco e o tomate, depois os cogumelos, o presunto cortado em pedacinhos, salsa e o estragão.
Temperar de sal e pimenta moída na altura.
Deixar refogar tudo durante 10 minutos.
Deitar o molho sobre as alcachofras bem escorridas e postas num prato de ir ao forno.
Levar a forno brando cerca de 25 minutos.
