"Água"

Flor que murcha pela manhã
logo ao romper do dia,
secam as gotas de orvalho,
entre areia se refugia!

Ó gota de orvalho
levas meu despertar,
para nunca mais ver,
este Sol brilhar!

Segue rumo ao lençol
gota a gota, rio faz,
um dia sois capaz,
gotas juntas abundar!

Entre serras caíndo
muitas gotas abundantes,
correndo em direcção ao mar,
água nossa, bem precioso!
