Portugal meu país
irmão de muitos também,
de saudades de quem diz,
em muitos deixou raíz!

Brasil, Moçambiquee Angola
Sº Tomé, Cabo Verde e Guiné,
em tantos outros pôs os pés,
deixando marcas de fé!

Portugal meu país
descobriste com dor,
com lágrimas de sangue e suor!

Muitas vidas se perderam
por conquistadores ser-mos,
como Luisitanos viver-mos!
