CULTURA INDÍGENA
Para Portugal foi levada a notícia
No meio da mata vive um povo selvagem
Ao vê-los nu despertou-lhes a malícia
Desvirtuando aquela bela imagem
Os índios viviam em paz com a natureza
Caçavam e pescavam em grande harmonia
No seu reino não conheciam a tristeza
Até ser quebrada a sua hegemonia
Hoje temos no sangue a miscigenação
Corre em nossas veias um líquido precioso
De um povo que orgulha esta nação
São heróis que merecem futuro glorioso
Até no local onde moro o seu nome está
Temos a cultura indígena por todo lado
Moro em Santo André, na Vila Humaitá
Nasci na Vila Guarani, lugar encantado.
