Com um nó apertado na garganta,
Não consigo ver mais o eterno amanhã.
Amei como se pra mim, isto não existisse,
Mas esta angústia que sufoca a cada manhã,
Um dia fez com que você partisse!
Não pensei que aquele último dia,
Fosse tão lindo e assim se acabaria;
Um vazio que surgiu tão depressa,
Dos beijos que se vão com as promessas,
Uma saudade que se vai e não regressa.

É um poema triste, mas senti que ouve uma grande decepção, pelo o amanhã deste amor não existir, muito bem acentuada nestes dois últimos versos.
